Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen! Cancel within 24 hours to receive your deposit back. After 24 hours you can no longer receive a refund. Two cancellations will result in you no longer being able to book with DivinitysDesigns.
If you are running late please let me know as I’m very understanding! If after 15 minutes, you have not contacted me , your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT NOTE: in order to secure your appointment, there is a $25 dollar deposit for full sets and $10 for manicures. I accept payments through Apple Pay, Zelle, and cashapp! On the day of your appointment you pay the remaining balance. ( so after paying your deposit, if your total is 50, you’d pay $25 on your appointment day)
